Hi! My name is Kay Brend and my husband Mike and I own Auto Plus, Inc. I would like to take this opportunity to personally invite you to stop in and give us a try. Auto Plus started off as a small general repair shop in 1990. Seventeen years later (That’s right! Each and every time your vehicle comes in for service our qualified technicians will give it a complimentary 68 point maintenance inspection. Our service writer will then go over every detail of the inspection with you so you understand what was found, what may need to be done, when it needs to be done and why, and how much it will cost.
ü Open Door Policy
Sometimes the best way to understand what we are talking about when it comes to auto repair is to actually “see” what we are talking about. If at anytime you don’t totally understand what our service writer is telling you, ask him if it’s possible to show it to you. That’s absolutely no problem. This way you can book an appointment after the kids go to school and read our magazines or use the internet and enjoy our refreshments while we perform an oil change and complete maintenance inspection on your vehicle while you relax in our clean and organized waiting area.

Of course, you should want and get an estimate. We would never do any repairs to your car without your approval. I suggest that even if you don’t do business with us that you always get an estimate prior to any work being done. Our service writer will call you and tell you what was found during the complimentary inspection on your car, why it’s broken, when it will be ready and how much it will cost. He can even send you an email estimate! (Barring any internet glitches!) This way you can see the parts, the labor, and final costs. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
