Service was completed promptly and at a savings over the estimate because Auto Plus identified parts that didn't need to be replaced. A loaner vehicle was provided at no charge. What could be better?!

Used a Groupon for an oil change. Appreciated being able to schedule an appointment. They seemed nice. Would go back again to see how their regular work quality and pricing is.

Another great outcome and tremendous customer service from this team. I blew out a tire and was stranded on the side of the road. I called Auto Plus for help and Brian called a towing service for me. He stayed in contact to ensure the tow truck got to me. My car was picked up close to closing time but of course that was not a problem for this team. My repair was complete by noon the next day. I always appreciate the communication and care from Mike and Brian, and the workmanship of the mechanics. Oh yeah, they also picked me up when my car was ready. Thank you to Rafael and the entire team. My vehicle was sounding like a truck and needing some exhaust work. However, the quote I had received from a local muffler place was not feasible at this time, I called, remembering using Auto Plus (CK Auto) before and had been treated fairly. With my husband being ill, they treated us with respect and dignity the entire time! This time was no exception and I wanted to recognize everyone that I came in contact with, to the skilled people who repaired the vehicle, to the staff in front who explained the process and gave me a courtesy ride. Thank you for helping me during a difficult time in my life. Good people do exist!
