Auto Plus - Lombard
I was trying to find a new place to take my 2003 Honda Accord. I bought it new and I've taken it to the Honda dealer for everything, but the last few times I took it there they did not repair it correctly and they did not seem to value me as a customer. So I decided it was time for a change. I had used Auto Plus to repair my old Volkswagen and I remembered them as always treating me fairly. So I decided to give them a try with my Accord. I was really pleased with their service. I thought that my car would be due for a major tune-up, but they said I could wait a while how refreshing to hear that! Then I asked them to investigate an electrical problem, which I somewhat doubted that they could diagnose and repair. I was surprised when they offered me a loaner car. (In the past, the Honda dealer kept me waiting at the dealership for as long as 6 hours.) Shortly after I returned home in the loaner they called and said that they had found the problem and fixed it, and within the minimum allotted time for diagnosis. I was really happy! When I returned to pick up the car, it was washed. When I bought it new, the dealer promised to wash it every time I bought it in for service, but never washed it even once. Auto Plus is my new repair shop!
