My last visit was as expected, always complete and has stated it would be. Another reason to continue my service with Auto Plus in Addison.

This place is wonderful! They have great prices and great service. No waiting is needed, I may call first thing in the morning and they are able to get my car in quickly the same day. Everytime I bring my car in they look over the car and actually bring me into the shop to explain and show me what needs to be replaced. I fully trust this company and will not bring my car any where else.

I was on time and service was started immediately. Pleasant surprise, wipers replaced with the oil change. Buy the Special oil deal. They do take care of you. Thanks gang.

I was trying to find a new place to take my 2003 Honda Accord. I bought it new and I've taken it to the Honda dealer for everything, but the last few times I took it there they did not repair it correctly and they did not seem to value me as a customer. So I decided it was time for a change. I had used Auto Plus to repair my old Volkswagen and I remembered them as always treating me fairly. So I decided to give them a try with my Accord. I was really pleased with their service. I thought that my car would be due for a major tune-up, but they said I could wait a while how refreshing to hear that! Then I asked them to investigate an electrical problem, which I somewhat doubted that they could diagnose and repair. I was surprised when they offered me a loaner car. (In the past, the Honda dealer kept me waiting at the dealership for as long as 6 hours.) Shortly after I returned home in the loaner they called and said that they had found the problem and fixed it, and within the minimum allotted time for diagnosis. I was really happy! When I returned to pick up the car, it was washed. When I bought it new, the dealer promised to wash it every time I bought it in for service, but never washed it even once. Auto Plus is my new repair shop!

We've been going to Auto Plus for years. Many family members and friends have too! They really take care of us. I never feel like they are cheating us by doing uneccessary repairs. They are always trying to help us out. We'll be taking our cars there for many years to come! We also use the Aurora location and have the same experience!!

Arrived a few minutes early, got me right in and they had me on way within 30 minutes. Great personal service.
