Mike and Brian are so accommodating fitting work into the work schedule. I trust them when they tell me when work needs to be done and how much time until the work really needs to be done. They don’t create a false urgency. Pricing is very fair.

Last Friday, I remote started my car ( very cold day ). I realized it didn’t work - went out to see what was happening - car didn’t turn over. I called AAA - tech was able to jump the car and received a bad battery alert. I drove to the Lombard location - while Erik pulled the car in, Sean had the battery ordered ! Turned out it was defective, and since it was less than one year old, it was under warranty. I seriously cannot say enough good things about these guys ( and gal ). I know it’ll be taken care of, keeping me from worrying about my car. Best in the west ‘burbs

You guys are always on top of everything even going out of your way in helping me diagnose run ability problems. All the work you have done on the 05 Taurus has been spot on every time. When bringing in my new 2017 Ford Taurus limited you asked if I wanted to go with the mechanic on the test drive. I said no because that’s how much I trust all the guys in the shop. If they say my car is solid but just need tires , ok that’s good enough for me. You guys are the best. Michael S Neal.
